Scheduling a customer with Auto Pay couldn't be easier. Simply have your customers sign an agreement form authorizing a scheduled payment plan consisting of:
- Payment Start Date
- Monthly Payment date
- Total amount due
- Total monthly payment amount
- Number of payments
The agreement form is sent to our Processing Department where we code the account with the authorized payment schedule. On that agreed upon date each month, the payment is automatically debited from the customer's account and electronically deposited into yours. |
